How long does an order take?
Once the final proof has been approved, it takes 3 to 6 weeks to produce depending on the complexity of the order. We know how important your invitations are and you can be assured of prompt delivery.

Should I order extra invitations?
Our experience is that extras always come in handy for scrap books and last minute additions. It is far better to have a few extra than run short. It is not practical for us to set up and print a few more after your order is completed.

Can I alter one of your existing designs?
Yes, let us know your ideas. In some cases we have reduced the number of colors of an invitation to match a color scheme, which can also reduce the cost.

Do you provide inner/outer envelope sets?
We do not stock inner envelopes but offer as an alternative our invitation wraps. Look in our customize section for examples.

Can you ship my envelopes first so we can start addressing them?
Yes, let us know and we'll be happy to print & ship them first.

Will you do letterpress printing for occasions other than weddings?
We have letterpress printed for a wide variety of clients, such as art galleries and spas to major corporate events. We are always excited to work on new projects.

Can I design my own invitation?
Yes, we can work together to make sure your ideas are letterpress printable. Talk to us about guidelines for creating art or electronic files.

Can I order invitation samples?
Yes, because letterpress invitations are all about the printed impression, we highly encourage you to touch & feel the actual print on our exquisite cotton paper. Each invitation is sent along with matching response card as seen in our gallery. The cost is $8.00 per invitation plus postage. Please see our samples page for specific instructions.

I like an invitation in your gallery but it doesn't match our colors. Can we change ink colors?
Yes, you can choose your ink colors on most designs to match your event. To see our color chart, go to your individual invitation and click on "View Details" under ink color.
